If you don’t know Walter already from television, he is a world-renowned chef who knows his way around the kitchen. Chef Walter has a regular cooking show on WVLT and in his spare time, when he’s not whipping up some fabulous dish, he spends time reading. He has traveled to both China and Thailand and loved everything about both places and would love to go again. He says, “I once studied Chinese language and history at Yale University for a year many years ago.”
Greatest chief around. I have’nt tried any of his cooking but I here it is great.
